腹腔镜下胆囊切除术的手术室护理配合对策分析

Analysis of Nursing Cooperation in Operating Room of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的分析手术室护理配合策略在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用效果。方法将2017年9月至2018年9月,到我院治疗的78例胆囊手术患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组39例。两组患者常规实施腹腔镜下胆囊切除术,并分别配合手术室常规护理和手术室优质护理,比较经过不同护理之后,患者的满意度、手术指标、并发症等情况。结果观察组(97.44%)患者护理之后的整体满意度明显要比对照组(76.92%)更高(P<0.05);观察组患者护理之后手术时间、术后排气时间、住院时间都明显比对照组更短,术中出血量明显比对照组更少(P<0.05);观察组患者经护理之后,整体并发症的发生率比对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论将手术室优质护理应用在腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者护理中可以有效的提升患者的整体满意度,优化各项手术指标,促进患者术后康复并降低并发症出现的概率。

Objective To analyze the application effect of nursing cooperation strategy in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods From September 2017 to September 2018,78 patients undergoing gallbladder surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,both of which were 39 cases.The two groups of patients were routinely performed laparoscopic cholecystectomy,and cooperated with the routine nursing in the operating room and the high-quality nursing in the operating room respectively.After different care,the patients'satisfaction,surgical indicators,complications and other conditions were compared.Results The overall satisfaction of the observation group(97.44%)patients after nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.92%)(P<0.05);the observation group patients'operation time and postoperative exhaust time after nursing the hospitalization time was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the amount of intraoperative blood loss was significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the overall incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing in the operating room to the care of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy can effectively improve the overall satisfaction of patients,optimize various surgical indicators,promote postoperative recovery of patients and reduce the probability of complications.
