Examination of Adjustment Direction of Urban Rail Transit Planning and Construction Management Policies in China

我国多次调整城市轨道交通规划建设管理相关政策,这对于不同时期的轨道建设节奏能起到很好的调节作用。首先对我国城市轨道交通的发展历程进行回顾,并对规划建设管理方面的主要政策变化进行对比,最后结合政策在实际应用过程中所产生的问题,判断未来政策可能调整的方向,供业内同行交流讨论。

China has made several changes to urban rail transit planning and construction management policies,which have played a significant role in regulating the pace of construction over time.This paper reviews the development of urban rail transit in China,and compares the changes in major policies in planning and construction management.Along with the problems arising from the practical application of policies,this study also assesses the possible direction of policy adjustment in the future.
