Exploration and Application of Green Subway Technologies in Line 1 of Jinan Rail Transit

摘要 济南轨道交通将“绿色地铁”作为建设理念,采用近40项节能、节地、节水、节材、环境保护的技术措施。以1号线为例,详细介绍高架站下方设置设备用房、主变电所资源共享等节地技术,可节约土地约2.8万m2;高架车站采用清水混凝土施工技术、预制叠合结构体系等节材技术,可节省费用3000万元,节省混凝土使用量43%;采用可调通风型站台门系统等节能技术,每座车站每年可节约电费约100万元;采用高架站台光伏发电、非晶合金配电变压器、再生能量吸收等技术,每年可节电774.03万kW·h。 Inspired by the construction concept of“green subway”,Jinan rail transit has adopted nearly 40 technical measures to save energy,land,water,materials,and the environment.This paper focuses on Line 1 as an example to introduce in detail the land saving technologies,such as equipment housing under the elevated station and resource sharing of the main substation,which can save about 28,000 square meters.The construction technology of exposed concrete in the elevated station,the prefabricated composite structure system,and other material-saving technologies can save 30 million yuan and 43%of the concrete usage.By adopting energy-saving technologies,such as an adjustable ventilated platform door system,each station can save about one million yuan of electricity per year.Using photovoltaic power generation on elevated platforms,amorphous alloy distribution transformers,renewable energy absorption,and other technologies can save 7.7403 million kWh of electricity every year.
