多种方法提高骨髓间充质干细胞移植治疗脊髓损伤的效果 被引量:4

摘要 背景:骨髓间充质干细胞是一种具有增殖能力强、多向分化潜力的成体多能干细胞,且不存在伦理和排斥反应等问题,已在相关实验中证实其治疗脊髓损伤的有效性,成为最有前途的治疗脊髓损伤的种子细胞。目的:综述多种方法联合骨髓间充质干细胞移植治疗脊髓损伤的最新研究进展。方法:检索1999年1月至2020年10月中国知网、万方及PubMed数据库相关文章,检索词为“骨髓间充质干细胞,细胞移植,脊髓损伤”和“bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells,cell transplantation,spinal cord injury”。筛选骨髓间充质干细胞移植治疗脊髓损伤的基础与临床研究,排除重复性研究,总计66篇文献纳入研究。结果与结论:①骨髓间充质干细胞移植联合其他治疗方式能够显著提高脊髓损伤的治疗效果,其中联合组织工程支架、相关药物等是治疗脊髓损伤的未来研究方向;②骨髓间充质干细胞临床移植治疗脊髓损伤有很大的治疗潜力。 BACKGROUND:Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells are adult pluripotent stem cells with strong proliferation and multi-differentiation potential without ethics and rejection.They have been proven effective in a large number of spinal cord injury-related experiments and become the most promising seed cells for treatment of spinal cord injury.OBJECTIVE:To summarize the latest research progress of various treatment methods to promote bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell transplantation for spinal cord injury.METHODS:Related articles were retrieved in CNKI,Wanfang and PubMed databases from January 1999 to October 2020,with the search terms of“bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells,cell transplantation,spinal cord injury”in Chinese and English.Basic and clinical studies of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell transplantation for spinal cord injury were screened,and repetitive studies were excluded.A total of 66 articles were included in the study.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:(1)Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell transplantation combined with other treatments can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of spinal cord injury,among which the combination of biological tissue engineering or related drugs is an important research direction in the treatment of spinal cord injury in the future.(2)Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell transplantation has great potential in the clinical treatment of spinal cord injury.
