羊场布鲁氏菌病监测净化血清学检测方法选择与优化研究 被引量:3

Selection and Optimization of Serological Test of Brucellosis Monitoring and Purification in a Sheep Farm

摘要 为比较GICA与RBT方法用于布病初筛检测,iELISA、cELISA与SAT等方法用于布病确诊检测符合情况,统计比较以RBT、iELISA、GICA作为初筛试验方法,以SAT、cELISA、iELISA作为确诊检测方法不同组合阳性判断结果符合程度,遴选适合基层布病血清学检测方法的组合。同时采用RBT、GICA、iELISA与cELISA方法,对滨州某羊场151只绵羊进行布病抗体检测,选择RBT检测阳性样品,应用SAT复检,并对以上初筛方法和确诊方法进行不同组合分析,与RBT初筛、cELISA方法确诊方法判定结果进行符合程度比较。结果显示:以确定RBT法初筛、cELISA法确诊,GICA法初筛、cELISA法确诊,RBT法初筛、iELISA法确诊等组合可作为布病监测净化的优先选择血清学检测方法。 To compare the confidence of the initial screening methods with tiger red plate agglutination test(RBT)and colloidal gold strip(GICA),the diagnosis methods with iELISA,cELISA and tube agglutination test(SAT)in brucellosis,the coincidence of positive numbers by different conbinations between the initial screening methods as RBT,iELISA,GICA and the diagnosis methods as iELISA,cELISA,SAT.A suitable combination of serological detection method was selected for Brucellosis in the grass roots.604 sheep blood samples were collected from a farm in Binzhou,Shandong province.RBT,GICA,iELISA and cELISA were used to detect brucellosis antibody.The positive samples screening by RBT were re-inspected by SAT.The combination of the above screening methods and diagnostic methods were analyzed and compared with the RBT and cELISA combination.The combination of the RBT and cELISA,GICA and cELISA,RBT and iELISA were the prior choice for brucellosis monitoring and purification.
