后扶贫时代产业兴旺的实践路径探索

Exploration on the Practical Path of Industrial Prosperity in the Post poverty Alleviation Era

后扶贫时代贫困治理进入新阶段、经济建设开启新征程,全国农村产业担负高质量兴旺发展使命。针对目前全国农村产业存在要素驱动、科技创新驱动和融合驱动能力不足等困境,结合后扶贫时代产业兴旺的使命要求,文章提出促进要素市场化改革、强化技术创新能力和推动农村产业融合发展的路径措施。

In the post-poverty era,poverty alleviation has entered a new stage and economic development has embarked on a new journey,Rural industries across the country shoulder the mission of high-quality and prosperous development.In view of the difficulties existing in the current rural industry in China,such as the lack of the aability to drive by factors,scientific and technological innovation and integration,combine the mission requirement of prosperous industry in the post-poverty allevia⁃tion era,this paper puts forward some measures to promote the market-oriented reform of factors,strengthen the ability of technological innovation and promote the integration development of rural industry.
