This paper studied the common problems in accounting of agricultural institutions,using truth and example argu⁃ment and concluded,under the premise of ensuring real and effective,fair accounting,system construction,structural adjust⁃ment,budgeting,personnel training,and form a new model of practical and feasible,to help the scientific development of finan⁃cial system of agricultural institutions.
