摘要
目的分析血清白介素-9(IL-9)、白介素-13(IL-13)、人凝聚素(CLU)、人转运甲状腺素蛋白(TTR)水平与老年人群不同认知损害的相关性。方法2019年3月至9月对我院体检中心来自社区的65岁以上老年人群进行认知功能筛查,根据MoCA量表分值分为正常组31例,轻度认知功能障碍组(MCI组)80例。在川沙地区福利院老年人群中选取临床阿尔茨海默病(AD)组59例。均行血清IL-9、IL-13、CLU、TTR浓度检测。分析3组人群的血清IL-9、IL-13、CLU和TTR浓度差异,通过Logistic回归分析血清CLU、TTR浓度与认知损害程度及不同认知领域的相关性。结果3组间血清IL-13、CLU、TTR指标差异有统计学意义,而IL-9指标差异无统计学意义。其中血清IL-13与年龄呈负相关(r=-0.19,P=0.015)。血清CLU与MoCA分值呈正相关(r=0.11,P=0.039);与抽象能力呈正相关。不同性别、年龄、是否合并糖尿病史及高血压患者亚组分析中IL-9、IL-13、CLU和TTR差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在65岁以上老年人群中,低浓度血清IL-13、CLU、TTR与认知损害相关,其中血清CLU与抽象功能损害相关性更大。三种高水平的血清学指标均具有神经保护作用。
Objective To analyze the correlation of the serum levels of interleukin-9(IL-9)、interleukin-13(IL-13)、human aggregin(CLU)and human thyroxine transporter protein(TTR)with different cognitive impairment in elderly population.Methods From March 2019 to September 2019,cognitive function was assessed among the elderly people over 65 years old in physical examination center of our hospital.According to cognitive function,31 patients were divided into normal group,80 patients with mild cognitive dysfunction(MCI).Fifty-nine patients with clinical Alzheimer′s disease(AD)were selected from the elderly people in welfare institutions in Chuansha area.To conduct serum IL-9、IL-13、CLU and TTR concentration detection.The difference of serum IL-9、IL-13、CLU and TTR concentrations in the three groups was analyzed by F test,and the correlation between serum CLU and TTR concentrations and the degree of cognitive impairment and different cognitive fields was analyzed by Logistic regression.Results There was significant difference in serum IL-13、CLU and TTR among the three groups,but serum IL-9 did not make a difference.Serum IL-13 was negatively correlated with age(r=-0.19,P=0.015).Serum CLU was positivelycorrelated with MOCA score(r=0.11,P=0.039).CLU level abstraction ability was positively correlated.There was no significant difference in IL-9、IL-13、CLU and TTR among different gender,age,history of diabetes or hypertension subgroup.Conclusion The cognitive impairment is related to low of serum IL-13、CLU and TTR in the elderly over 65 years old.The serum CLU was more associated with impairment of abstract function.All three serum indexes had neuroprotective effects.
