高职院校行政管理人员能力提升研究——基于职业经理人理念

Research on the Capacity Enhancement of Administrative Staff in Higher Vocational Colleges

行政管理人员是高职院校开展教育教学工作很重要的推动者和实践者,是联系师生的桥梁和对外宣传的窗口。在职业经理人的理念下,分析提高高职院校行政管理人员能力的必要性,解决当前行政管理人员主观上认识度不高、创新意识薄弱、专业化水平不高等问题,并从职业经理人的八项通用技能构成要素入手,提出提高高职院校行政管理人员能力的应对措施。

The administrative staff are the promoters and practitioners to carry out education and teaching in higher vocational colleges,and they are the bridge between teachers and students and the window of publicity.Based on the concept of professional intendant,this paper analyzes the necessity of enhancing the capacity of administrative staff in higher vocational colleges,and solves the problems such as low subjective awareness,weak innovation awareness and low professional level.Starting with eight general skill components of professional intendants,it puts forward countermeasures to enhance the capacity of administrative staff in higher vocational colleges.
