It is the fundamental task for universities to implement morality education.The Party and administration collaboration in conducting ideological and political education is an effective way to accomplish this task.Through practical exploration,Liaoning He University launched the"12345"talent cultivation project covering the philosophy and objectives of collaborative education,collaborative education content,collaborative talent cultivation platform,and innovative collaborative education activities.The resources of all relevant departments can be optimized and reorganized,providing new ideas for applied colleges and higher vocational colleges to carry out ideological and political education through the collaboration of the Party and administration,and providing new impetus for the improvement of talent cultivation quality in schools.
