摘要
为探讨高校护理专业学生健康评估课程学习成绩的影响因素,运用高等教育教学改革微观系统工程理念及SIMPP方法对学生学习成绩的影响因素进行分析。结果表明,影响锦州医科大学高职护理专业健康评估课程学生学习成绩的主要因素包括:学生的学习目标明确度、学习勤奋度、对待教师授课的满意度、学生的听课感觉、考前准备时间、知识来源途径、抚养人严格程度及是否跟得上学习进度等诸多方面。教师、学生及家长三方应针对影响学生学习成绩的微观因素采取相应措施,提高教师教学水平,加强学生德育教育,提高学生的学习效果。
For nursing students in Jinzhou Medical University,the micro-system engineering concept of higher education teaching reform and SIMPP analysis method were applied to analyze the factors affecting students'academic performance in learning health assessment.The results show that the main factors affecting students'academic performance in learning health assessment course include:clarity of learning objectives,diligence,satisfaction with teachers'teaching,the feeling of attending class,preparation time before the test,knowledge sources,severity of the supporter,etc.Teachers,students and parents of students should take corresponding measures in view of the micro factors affecting students'academic performance,so as to improve the teaching level,strengthen moral education,and improve the learning effect.
