30份藜麦资源的穗发芽抗性评价 被引量:4

摘要 采用整穗发芽法和籽粒发芽法评价30份藜麦资源的穗发芽抗性,并运用隶属函数和聚类分析对结果进行综合评判。结果表明,30份藜麦资源在穗发芽抗性上存在显著差异,其中SBQ 1、WQ 4、WQ 16的穗发芽抗性强;籽粒发芽指数、籽粒发芽率、穗发芽率等3个指标可以作为藜麦穗发芽抗性评价的可靠指标。 In this study,the whole-ear germination and grain germination methods were used to evaluate the germination resistance of 30 quinoa resources,and the results were comprehensively evaluated by membership function and cluster analysis.The results showed that there were significant differences in resistance of ear germination among 30 quinoa resources,among which SBQ 1,WQ 4 and WQ 16 had stronger resistance of ear germination.Grain germination index,grain germination rate and ear germination rate could be used as reliable indexes for evaluating resistance of ear germination of quinoa.
