桔梗种子发芽率与环境因素相关性的Meta分析及商品规格等级制定

Meta Analysis of Correlation between Germination Rate of Platycodon grandiflorus Seeds and Environmental Factors and Grade Formulation of Commodity Specifications

系统评价环境因素对桔梗种子发芽率的影响,制定桔梗种子商品规格等级标准,为桔梗种子的商业流通和药材的生产实践提供有效数据支撑。本研究采用全面检索知网(CNKI)数据库,以探究桔梗种子发芽率与温度的关系为目标,以“桔梗种子”“发芽率”为关键词检索文献,排除不符合要求的文献后,纳入符合要求的文献,运用了RevMan 5.3软件进行桔梗种子发芽率与环境因素相关性的Meta分析;采集全国6个主产区的桔梗种子,通过观察种子的外部形态,测定其净度、千粒重、含水量、发芽率及生活力指标,制定适宜的桔梗种子商品规格等级标准。综合各亚组分析结果表明,桔梗种子在25℃条件下的发芽率最高;通过测定发芽率对系统评价结果进行验证;建立了桔梗种子商品规格等级的首要分级标准和次要分级标准。本研究采用Meta分析和基础试验相结合,通过测定6个主产区的桔梗种子发芽率,验证Meta分析结果,综合分析制定了桔梗种子商品规格等级标准,具有代表性和普适性,可为桔梗种子商业流通中的质量评价及桔梗药材的生产实践提供参考。

The effects of environmental factors on the germination rate of Platycodon grandiflorus seeds were systematically evaluated,and the commodity specifications and grade formulation of P.grandiflorus seeds were established to provide effective data support for the commercial circulation of P.grandiflorus seeds and the production practice of medicinal materials.In this study,CNKI database was comprehensively searched to explore the relationship between the germination rate of P.grandiflorus seeds and temperature,and literatures were searched with the keywords“P.grandiflorus seeds”and“germination rate”.After excluding the unqualified literatures,the literatures that met the requirements were included.RevMan 5.3 software was used to analyze the correlation between germination rate of P.grandiflorus seeds and environmental factors.The P.grandiflorus seeds from 6 main producing areas in China were collected,and the indexes of clarity,1000-seed weight,water content,germination rate and viability were determined by observing the external morphology of the seeds,so as to establish the appropriate commodity specification and grade standards of P.grandiflorus seeds.The results showed that the germination rate of P.grandiflorus seeds was the highest at 25℃,and the results of systematic evaluation were verified by measuring germination rate.Also,the primary and secondary grading standards of commodity specifications of P.grandiflorus seeds were established.In this paper,by means of meta-analysis and basic experiment,the germination rate of P.grandiflorus seeds in 6 main producing areas was determined to verify the results of meta-analysis,and the commodity specifications and grades of P.grandiflorus seeds were established through comprehensive analysis,which was representative and universal.These results could provide reference for quality evaluation of P.grandiflorus seeds in commercial circulation and production practice of P.grandiflorus.
