小叶龙竹种子人工老化劣变特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 以云南省红河州金平县采集的小叶龙竹(Dendrocalamus barbatus)种子为材料,利用人工气候箱进行高温高湿(相对湿度95%,温度40℃)的人工老化处理,以新鲜采收的种子作为对照,分别测定发芽率、发芽势、含水量等生长指标,以及电解质外渗率(REC)、游离脯氨酸(Pro)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性等生理生化指标。结果表明,在人工老化处理19 d期间,小叶龙竹种子含水量、发芽率和发芽势均随老化天数的增加呈不断下降的趋势,其REC和伤害度总体呈上升趋势,而Pro含量、SOD活性和POD活性均呈先上升后下降的变化趋势,并在老化第7天达到峰值,表明小叶龙竹种子在人工老化前期通过调节渗调作用和保护酶活性来维持相对较高的种子活力。 In this study,the seeds of Dendrocalamus barbatus collected from Jinping County,Honghe Autonomous Prefecture,Yunnan Province,were subjected to artificial aging treatment with high temperature and high humidity(95%relative humidity,temperature 40℃)in an artificial climate chamber with freshly harvested seeds as control.And,growth indexes including germination rate,germination potential,water content,electrolyte leakage rate(REC),free proline(Pro)content,superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity,peroxidase(POD)activity were determined.The results showed that during 19 days of artificial aging,the water content,germination rate and germination potential of the D.barbatus seeds decreased with the increase of aging days,and the REC and damage degree of the seeds increased.However,the Pro content,SOD activity and POD activity all increased first and then decreased,and reached the peak value on the 7 th day of aging,indicating that the seed vigor of D.barbatus maintained relatively high by regulating osmotic regulation and protective enzyme activity in the early stage of artificial aging.
