城市治理中的空间正义:理论探索与议题更新

Spatial Justice in Urban Governance:Theoretical Exploration and Update of Research Subjects

近年来,我国城市化进程中城市空间问题凸显。国内学术界在借鉴西方空间正义理论的基础上,对我国城市治理中的空间正义展开了大量研究,其成果主要集中在城市治理中的空间正义理论探讨、空间正义现实批判以及空间正义路径探索等方面。但在中国城市治理现代化语境下,这些成果在理论深度挖掘、本土话语构建及问题系统解决等方面还存在很多不足。面向未来,城市治理中的空间正义议题应该从三方面更新:一是深化城市治理现代化语境中的空间正义理念阐释,二是建构城市治理现代化语境中空间正义的本土话语,三是完善城市治理现代化中空间正义实现路径,通过一系列多元、均衡、开放的制度安排和治理实践,实现城市空间资源的公平分配和城市空间利益的全民共享。

In recent years,with increasing attention to urban space problems in the urbanization process,the domestic academic community has carried out a lot of research on spatial justice in China s urban governance on the basis of learning from Western spatial justice theory,and the results mainly focus on the theoretical value of spatial justice in urban governance,the realistic criticism of spatial justice in urban governance and the exploration of the path of spatial justice in urban governance.Looking at these research results,it is found that there are still a lot of deficiencies in the research of spatial justice in the modernization of China s urban governance in terms of theoretical in-depth excavation,local discourse construction and systematic problem solving.Facing the future,the research subjects of spatial justice in urban governance should be updated from the following aspects:Firstly,we need to enrich the concept of space justice in the context of urban governance modernization;Secondly,we should construct the local discourse of space justice in the context of urban governance modernization;Thirdly,we should facilitate the realization of spatial justice in urban governance modernization,and,by building a diversified,balanced and open institutional arrangement and governance practice,achieve the fair distribution of spatial resources and the sharing of spatial interests by the whole people.
