摘要
World SID 50th假人是最新一代侧面碰撞试验用假人。约束系统对假人保护不好,不仅可能会造成伤害值超标,也会损害假人结构完整性。本文针对E-NCAP前排双假人侧面柱试验,试验后发现碰撞侧肩部IR TRACC ball joint断裂,分析远端假人和远端气囊对假人的作用影响,并结合单假人不点爆远端气囊的侧面柱试验对比分析,结果表明:远端气囊对碰撞侧假人挤压明显,易造成假人肩部伤害值超标,过大的挤压和侧柱冲击限制胳膊运动范围,超出设计极限,导致假人结构损坏。
World SID 50 th dummy is the latest generation of dummy for side collision test. The constraint system does not protect the dummy well, which may not only cause the damage value to exceed the standard, but also affect and damage the structural integrity of the dummy. This paper aims at the side pole test of the front double dummy of the E-NCAP. After the test, it is found that the ball joint screw of IR TRACC on the collision side is broken, and the influence of the far side dummy and the far side airbag on the dummy is analyzed, and compared with the test results of the side pole of the air bag on the far side of the single dummy withoutexplosion of far side airbag, the analysis results show that the air bag on the far side squeezes the dummy on the collision side obviously, which is easy to cause the damage value of the dummy’s shoulder strength to exceed the standard, excessive extrusion and side pole impact will limit the motion range of the dummy arm, making the motion range exceed the design limit, resulting in damage to the dummy structure.
