摘要
目的通过调查六安市孕妇尿碘含量,分析孕妇碘营养水平,为碘缺乏病防治和干预措施提供依据。方法按照《安徽省碘缺乏病监测方案》,采集孕妇尿样,尿碘检测依据WS/T 107.1—2016《尿中碘的测定第一部分:砷铈催化分光光度法》。结果 2017—2019年六安市孕妇尿碘中位数分别为202.3μg/L、175.1μg/L和180.4μg/L。不同年份孕妇尿碘的差异有统计学意义(H=23.038,P<0.05);霍邱孕妇尿碘中位数最高,为264.7μg/L,舒城孕妇尿碘中位数最低,为158.9μg/L,不同地区孕妇尿碘的差异有统计学意义(H=153.017,P<0.05);不同年龄孕妇尿碘的差异无统计学意义(H=2.854,P>0.05);不同孕期的孕妇尿碘的差异无统计学意义(H=0.833,P>0.05)。结论六安市孕妇尿碘水平满足国家评价标准,但是部分孕妇存在碘缺乏的风险。
Objective To investigate the iodine content in urine of pregnant women in Lu’an city,and to analyze the iodine nutritional level of pregnant women,so as to provide basis for the prevention and intervention measures of iodine deficiency disorder.Methods In accordance with"Monitoring Program of Iodine Deficiency Disorders in Anhui Province",urine samples were collected from pregnant women.Urine iodine was detected according to WS/T 107.1-2016"Determination of Urine Iodine Part I:Arsenic-cerium Catalytic Spectrophotometric Method".Results The medians of urinary iodine of pregnant women in Lu’an City from 2017 to 2019 were 202.3μg/L,175.1μg/L and 180.4μg/L,respectively.The difference of urinary iodine of pregnant women in different years was statistically significant(H=23.038,P<0.05).The median urinary iodine of pregnant women in Huoqiu Country pregnant women was the highest(264.7μg/L),and the median of urinary iodine of pregnant women in Shucheng Country pregnant women was the lowest(158.9μg/L).The difference of urinary iodine in different areas was statistically significant(H=153.017,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in urinary iodine among pregnant women of different ages(H=2.854,P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in urinary iodine among pregnant women with different pregnancy periods(H=0.833,P>0.05).Conclusion The urine iodine level of pregnant women in Lu’an City meets the national evaluation standard,but some pregnant women are at risk of iodine deficiency.
