The Small Thing Called“Dwelling”

文章提出中国城市升级的一个重要环节就是个体居住环境的改善。指出经济“内循环”时期居住领域的主要现象,在此基础上,讨论城市中心区回流居民的普遍特征和实际需求,结合现有住宅套型的类型特点,通过居住空间改造实践,提出在现实条件基础上提升居住品质、创造生活审美的具体途径。

It is proposed that an important part of urban upgrading in China is the improvement of individual living environment.On the basis of this,we discuss the general characteristics and actual needs of returning residents in urban centers,and propose concrete ways to improve the quality of living and create aesthetic life based on the realistic conditions through the practice of renovating living space in the context of the characteristics of existing housing types.
