血清ApoE、PCT和BNP水平与重症监护室HAP患者病情严重程度的相关性 被引量:1

Correlations among serum ApoE,PCT and BNP levels and severity of HAP patients in intensive care unit

摘要 目的:分析血清载脂蛋白E(ApoE)、降钙素原(PCT)和脑钠肽(BNP)水平与重症监护室医院获得性肺炎(HAP)患者病情严重程度的相关性。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月至2019年10月该院收治的204例重症监护室患者的临床资料,按照入住重症监护室期间是否发生HAP分为观察组(发生HAP)112例和对照组(未发生HAP)92例。比较两组血清ApoE、PCT、BNP水平;比较观察组不同病情程度患者的血清ApoE、BNP、PCT水平;分析血清ApoE、PCT和BNP水平与重症监护室HAP患者病情严重程度的相关性。结果:观察组血清ApoE、BNP、PCT水平均高于对照组,且观察组中,重度HAP患者血清ApoE、BNP和PCT水平均高于轻、中度HAP患者,中度HAP患者高于轻度HAP患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析结果显示,血清ApoE、BNP和PCT水平与HAP患者病情严重程度均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:重症监护室HAP患者血清ApoE、PCT、BNP均呈高表达,且其水平与HAP患者病情严重程度均呈正相关。 Objective:To investigate correlations among serum apolipoprotein E(ApoE),procalcitonin(PCT)and brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)levels and severity of hospital-acquired pneumonia(HAP)patients in intensive care unit Methods:A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 204 patients in the intensive care unit admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 was performed.According to whether HAP occurred in the intensive care unit,they were divided into observation group(HAP occurred,112 cases)and control group(HAP did not occur,92 cases).The levels of serum ApoE,PCT,and BNP between the two groups were compared.The levels of serum ApoE,BNP,and PCT in the patients with different disease severity in the observation group were compared.The correlations among serum ApoE,PCT,and BNP levels and the severity of the HAP patients in intensive care unit were analyzed.Results:The serum levels of ApoE,BNP and PCT in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.In the observation group,the serum ApoE,BNP,and PCT levels of the patients with severe HAP were higher than those of mild and moderate HAP;the serum ApoE,BNP,and PCT levels of the patients with moderate HAP were higher than those of the patients with mild HAP;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Pearson analysis showed that the serum ApoE,BNP and PCT levels were positively correlated with the severity of the HAP patients(P<0.05).Conclusions:The serum ApoE,PCT,and BNP levels in the HAP patients in the intensive care unit are highly expressed,and their levels are positively correlated with the severity of HAP.
