血液透析联合血液灌流治疗尿毒症患者的效果

Effects of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion in treatment of patients with uremia

目的:观察血液透析联合血液灌流治疗尿毒症患者的效果。方法:选取48例尿毒症患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为观察组(n=24)和对照组(n=24),对照组采用血液透析治疗,观察组采用血液透析联合血液灌流治疗。比较两组肾功能指标水平、血清炎性因子水平及皮肤瘙痒情况。结果:治疗后,观察组尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、甲状旁腺激素(PTH)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组皮肤瘙痒评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血液透析联合血液灌流治疗尿毒症患者效果显著,可改善肾功能,调节血清炎性因子水平。

Objective:To observe effects of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion in treatment of patients with uremia.Methods:48 patients with uremia were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group(n=24)and control group(n=24)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with hemodialysis,while the observation group was treated with hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion.The renal function index levels,the serum inflammatory factor levels and the skin pruritus were compared between the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the urea nitrogen(BUN),blood creatinine(Scr),β2-microglobulin(β2-MG),and parathyroid hormone(PTH)levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,after the treatment,the skin pruritus score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion has a significant effect in the treatment of the patients with uremia.It can improve the renal function and regulate the levels of serum inflammatory factors.
