左甲状腺素钠治疗妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退患者的效果

Effects of Levothyroxine sodium in treatment of pregnant patients with hypothyroidism

目的:观察左甲状腺素钠治疗妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退患者的效果。方法:选取80例妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组采用甲状腺片治疗,观察组采用左甲状腺素钠片治疗,比较两组临床疗效、不良妊娠结局发生率、治疗前后甲状腺激素[促甲状腺激素(TSH)、游离甲状腺激素(FT4)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)]水平和不良妊娠结局发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%(38/40),明显高于对照组的80.00%(32/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组TSH水平低于对照组,FT4、FT3水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良妊娠结局发生率为2.50%,明显低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:左甲状腺素钠治疗妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退患者可提高治疗总有效率,改善甲状腺激素水平,以及降低不良妊娠结局发生率,其效果优于甲状腺片治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of Levothyroxine sodium in treatment of pregnant patients with hypothyroidism.Methods:80 pregnant patients with hypothyroidism were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Thyroid tablets,while the observation group was treated with Levothyroxine sodium tablets.The clinical efficacy,the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,and the thyroid hormone levels before and after the treatment[thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),free thyroid hormone(FT4),free triiodothyronine(FT3)]were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%(38/40),which was significantly higher than 80.00%(32/40)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of TSH in the observation group was lower than that in the control group;the levels of FT4 and FT3 were higher than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was 2.50%,which was significantly lower than 20.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Levothyroxine sodium in the treatment of the pregnant patients with hypothyroidism can increase the total effective rate of treatment,improve the thyroid hormone levels,and reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.Moreover,it is superior to Thyroid tablets treatment.
