健康教育在孕前优生健康检查中的应用效果

Application effects of health education on pre-pregnancy eugenic health examination

目的:观察健康教育在孕前优生健康检查中的应用效果。方法:选取500名行孕前优生健康检查者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各250名。对照组行常规孕前优生健康检查,观察组在对照组基础上开展健康教育,比较两组新生儿出生缺陷发生率、不良妊娠结局发生率和就医满意度。结果:观察组新生儿出生缺陷发生率为0.80%,明显低于对照组的3.60%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良妊娠结局发生率为2.00%,明显低于对照组的6.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意度为96.00%,明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育应用于孕前优生健康检查可降低新生儿出生缺陷发生率和不良妊娠结局发生率,以及提高就医满意度,效果优于常规孕前优生健康检查。

Objective:To observe application effects of health education on pre-pregnancy eugenic health examination.Methods:500 pregnant women with pre-pregnancy eugenic health examination were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,250 cases in each group.The control group underwent routine pre-pregnancy eugenics health examination,while the observation group was given health education on the basis of that of the control group.The incidence of birth defects,the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes and the satisfaction with medical treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of birth defects in the observation group was 0.80%,which was significantly lower than 3.60%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was 2.00%,which was significantly lower than 6.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than the control group of 80.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Health education applied to the pre-pregnancy eugenic health examination can reduce the incidence of neonatal birth defects and the adverse pregnancy outcomes,and improve the satisfaction with medical treatment.Moreover,it is superior to routine pre-pregnancy eugenic health examination.
