人免疫球蛋白辅助治疗病毒性脑炎患儿的效果

Effects of human immunoglobulin in adjuvant treatment of children with viral encephalitis

目的:观察人免疫球蛋白辅助治疗病毒性脑炎患儿的效果。方法:选取64例病毒性脑炎患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各32例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用人免疫球蛋白治疗,比较两组临床疗效、症状消失时间和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为93.75%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组发热、呕吐、抽搐、脑脊液异常等症状消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在常规治疗基础上采用人免疫球蛋白辅助治疗病毒性脑炎患儿可提高治疗总有效率,缩短症状消失时间,效果优于单纯常规治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of human immunoglobulin in adjuvant treatment of children with viral encephalitis.Methods:64 children with viral encephalitis were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,while the observation group was treated with human immunoglobulin on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the symptom disappearance time and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.75%,which was higher than 75.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of symptoms such as fever,vomiting,convulsions,and abnormal cerebrospinal fluid in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the conventional treatment,human immunoglobulin in the adjuvant treatment of the children with viral encephalitis can increase the total effective rate of treatment and shorten the symptom disappearance time.Moreover,it is superior to single conventional treatment.
