阿立哌唑片与利培酮片治疗慢性精神分裂症患者的效果比较

Comparison of effects of Aripiprazole tablets and Risperidone tablets in treatment of chronic schizophrenia

目的:比较阿立哌唑片与利培酮片治疗慢性精神分裂症(CS)患者的效果。方法:选取97例CS患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组48例与对照组49例。对照组予以利培酮片治疗,观察组予以阿立哌唑片治疗,比较两组临床疗效、糖脂代谢指标[空腹血糖(FBG)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)]水平和不良反应发生率。结果:两组治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组FBG、TC、TG水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为27.08%,明显低于对照组的51.02%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:利培酮片与阿立哌唑片治疗CS患者的总有效率相当,但阿立哌唑片可降低糖脂代谢指标水平和不良反应发生率,效果优于利培酮片。

Objective:To compare effects of Aripiprazole tablets and Risperidone tablets in treatment of chronic schizophrenia(CS).Methods:97 CS patients were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group(48 cases)and control group(49 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Risperidone tablets,while the observation group was treated with Aripiprazole tablets.The clinical efficacy,the glucose and glycolipid metabolism indicators[fasting blood glucose(FBG),total cholesterol(TC),triacylglycerol(TG)]levels and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate of treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).After the treatment,the FBG,TC,and TG levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 27.08%,which was significantly lower than 51.02%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The total effective rates of Risperidone tablets and Aripiprazole tablets in the treatment of the CS patients are equivalent,but Aripiprazole tablets can reduce the levels of glucose and lipid metabolism indicators and the incidence of adverse reactions.Therefore,Aripiprazole tablets are superior to Risperidone tablets.
