共情护理在抑郁症患者中的应用效果

Application effects of empathy nursing on patients with depression

目的:观察共情护理在抑郁症患者中的应用效果。方法:选取86例抑郁症患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各43例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用共情护理,比较两组护理前后生命质量评分、抑郁评分和护理满意度。结果:观察组精神健康、躯体疼痛、精力、社会功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);观察组抑郁自评量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为97.67%,明显高于对照组的81.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上采用共情护理可提高抑郁症患者生命质量评分和护理满意度,以及降低抑郁评分,其效果优于单纯常规护理。

Objective:To observe application effects of empathy nursing on patients with depression.Methods:86 patients with depression were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,43 cases in each group.The control group used conventional nursing,while the observation group was given the empathy nursing on the basis of that of the control group.The quality of life score,the depression score and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing.Results:The scores of mental health,physical pain,energy,social function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-rating depression scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.67%,which was significantly higher than 81.40%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the conventional nursing,the empathy nursing can improve the quality of life scores and the nursing satisfaction of the patients with depression,and reduce the depression scores.Moreover,it is superior to single conventional nursing.
