针灸联合常规西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变患者的效果

Effects of acupuncture combined with conventional western medicine on patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的:观察针灸联合常规西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2019年8月至2021年1月广州市海珠区石溪中医医院收治的104例糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床资料,按治疗方案不同分为对照组和研究组各52例。对照组采用常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合针灸治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后神经传导速度和不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,研究组正中神经和腓总神经的感觉神经传导速度和运动神经传导速度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率为92.3%(48/52),高于对照组的75.0%(39/52),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在常规治疗基础上,采用针灸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变患者可提高治疗总有效率和神经传导速度,效果优于单纯常规治疗。

Objective:To investigate effects of acupuncture combined with conventional western medicine on patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 104 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted to Shixi hospital of traditional Chinese medicine of Haizhu district from August 2019 to January 2021 was performed.According to different treatment plans,they were divided into control group and study group,each with 52 cases.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,while the study group was combined with acupuncture on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the nerve conduction velocity before and after the treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the sensory nerve conduction velocities and motor nerve conduction velocities of the median nerve and common peroneal nerve of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 92.3%(48/52),which was higher than 75.0%(39/52)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the conventional treatment,the application of acupuncture for the patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy can improve the total effective rate of treatment and the nerve conduction velocity.Moreover,it is superior to single conventional treatment.
