氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合金嗓利咽胶囊治疗功能性咽异感症患者的效果

Effects of Flupentixol and Melitracen tablets combined with Jinsang Liyan capsules in treatment of patients with functional pharyngeal paraesthesia

目的:观察氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合金嗓利咽胶囊治疗功能性咽异感症患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2017年10月至2019年10月该院收治的72例功能性咽异感症患者的临床资料,按治疗方案不同分为对照组和研究组各36例。对照组采用金嗓利咽胶囊治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后中医症状(咽痒、咽部异物感、分泌物多)积分和不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为94.44%(34/36),明显高于对照组的72.22%(26/36),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组咽痒、咽部异物感、分泌物多各中医症状积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合金嗓利咽胶囊治疗功能性咽异感症患者可提高治疗总有效率,降低中医症状积分,效果优于单纯金嗓利咽胶囊治疗。

Objective:To observer effects of Flupentixol and Melitracen tablets combined with Jinsang Liyan capsules in treatment of patients with functional pharyngeal paraesthesia.Methods:A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 72 patients with functional pharyngeal paraesthesia admitted to the hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 was performed.According to different treatment plans,they were divided into control group and study group,each with 36 cases.The control group was treated with Jinsang Liyan capsules,while the study group was treated with Flupentixol and Melitracen tablets on the basis of those of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the TCM symptom score(pharyngeal itching,pharyngeal foreign body sensation,excessive secretion)and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 94.44%(34/36),which was significantly higher than 72.22%(26/36)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms of pharyngeal itching,pharyngeal foreign body sensation,and excessive secretion in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Flupentixol and Melitracen tablets combined with Jinsang Liyan capsules in the treatment of the patients with functional pharyngeal paraesthesia can improve the total effective rate of treatment and reduce the TCM symptom scores.Moreover,it is superior to single Jinsang Liyan capsules treatment.
