中医护理临床路径在混合痔围术期患者中的应用效果

Application effects of TCM nursing clinical pathway on perioperative nursing of patients with mixed hemorrhoids

目的:观察中医护理临床路径在混合痔围术期患者中的应用效果。方法:选取60例混合痔围术期患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各30例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用中医护理临床路径,比较两组并发症发生率、创面愈合情况和护理满意度。结果:观察组并发症发生率为6.67%,明显低于对照组的26.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组创面愈合甲级率为83.33%,明显高于对照组的50.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为100.00%,明显高于对照组的76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医护理临床路径应用于混合痔围术期患者可改善创面愈合情况,提高护理满意度,以及降低并发症发生率,效果优于常规护理。

Objective:To observe application effects of TCM nursing clinical pathway on perioperative nursing of patients with mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:60 patients with mixed hemorrhoids during the perioperative period were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing,while the observation group accepted the TCM nursing clinical pathway.The incidence of complications,the wound healing and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67%,which was significantly lower than 26.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Class A rate of wound healing in the observation group was 83.33%,which was significantly higher than 50.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than 76.67%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The TCM nursing clinical pathway applied to the patients with mixed hemorrhoids during the perioperative period can improve the wound healing and the nursing satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of complications.Moreover,it is superior to the conventional nursing.
