延续性护理在甲状腺癌术后PICC置管患者中的应用效果

Application effects of continuous nursing in patients with PICC catheterization after thyroid cancer surgeries

目的:观察延续性护理在甲状腺癌术后PICC置管患者中的应用效果。方法:选取100例甲状腺癌术后PICC置管患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组各50例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用延续性护理,比较护理前后生命质量评分、并发症发生率和护理满意度。结果:观察组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活状态评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为4.00%,低于对照组的18.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为96.00%,明显高于对照组的82.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上采用延续性护理可提高甲状腺癌术后PICC置管患者的生活质量评分和护理满意度,以及降低并发症发生率,其效果优于单纯常规护理。

Objective:To analyze application effects of continuous nursing in patients with PICC catheterization after thyroid cancer surgeries.Methods:100 patients with PICC catheterization after thyroid cancer surgeries were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group.The control group adopted conventional nursing,while the observation group was given the continuous nursing on the basis of that of the control group.The quality of life score,the complication rate and the nursing satisfaction before and after the nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:The physical function,psychological function,social function,material life status scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was 4.00%,which was lower than that of the control group of 18.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than 82.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the conventional nursing,the continuation nursing can improve the quality of life scores and the nursing satisfaction of the patients with PICC catheterization after thyroid cancer surgeries,and reduce the complications rate.Moreover,it is superior to simple conventional nursing.
