祛痰熄风开窍汤结合针刺防治蛛网膜下腔出血后脑血管痉挛临床研究

目的:观察祛痰熄风开窍汤结合针刺防治蛛网膜下腔出血后脑血管痉挛的临床效果。方法:90例随机分为两组各45例。对照组用祛痰熄风开窍汤治疗,观察组用祛痰熄风开窍汤联合针刺治疗。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后第7天、第14天的脑部血流速度观察组低于对照组(P<0.05),痉挛持续时间、痉挛再发生率及死亡率观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:祛痰熄风开窍汤结合针刺防治蛛网膜下腔出血后脑血管痉挛效果较好。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Eliminating Phlegm, Extinguishing Wind and Inducing Resuscitation Decoction combined with acupuncture in preventing and treating cerebral vasospasm after subarachnoid hemorrhage. Methods: Ninety cases were randomly divided into two groups, with 45 cases in each group. The control group were treated with Eliminating Phlegm, Extinguishing Wind and Inducing Resuscitation Decoction, while the observation group were treated with Eliminating Phlegm, Extinguishing Wind and Inducing Resuscitation Decoction combined with acupuncture. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The cerebral blood flow velocity of the observation group was lower than the control group on the 7 th and 14 th day after treatment(P<0.05). The spastic duration, spasm recurrence rate and mortality rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Eliminating Phlegm, Extinguishing Wind and Inducing Resuscitation Decoction combined with acupuncture is effective in preventing and treating cerebral vasospasm after subarachnoid hemorrhage.
