摘要
目的:观察针刺辅治干眼症伴视疲劳的疗效。方法:108例(216眼)随机分为思然组和针刺组各54例(108眼)。两组均用聚乙二醇滴眼液、普拉洛芬滴眼液点眼,针刺组联合穴位针刺治疗。结果:研究过程中思然组脱落3例,针刺组脱落5例,针刺组有1例晕针现象发生。针刺组治疗后各观察时间点症状积分、SIT、BUT、CFS评分及BVP值较治疗前均显著改善(P<0.05)。治疗后各观察时间点针刺组症状积分、CFS评分降低及SIT、BUT改善均明显好于思然组(P<0.05)。针刺组BVP值治疗后各观察时间点均高于思然组(P<0.01)。两组治疗后第1天时泪液中TNF-α、IL-6含量较治疗前降低(P<0.01),且针刺组泪液TNF-α、IL-6含量低于思然组(P<0.05)。总有效率思然组为58.8%,针刺组为83.7%,针刺组高于思然组(P<0.05)。结论:联合针刺治疗更能促进泪液分泌,延长BUT,缓解眼干涩、视疲劳症状,疗效更为持久。
Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture in assisting treatment of dry eye syndrome with visual fatigue. Methods: A total of 108 cases(216 eyes) were randomly divided into Siran group and acupuncture group,with 54 cases(108 eyes) in each group. Both groups were infused with polyethylene glycol eye drops and Pranoprofen eye drops, and the acupuncture group was combined with acupuncture at acupoints. Results: During the study, 3 cases in the Siran group fell off, 5 cases in the acupuncture group, and 1 case in the acupuncture group. The symptom score, SIT, BUT, CFS score and BVP value of the acupuncture group at each observation time point after treatment were significantly improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05). After treatment, the symptom score, CFS score reduction and SIT and BUT improvement of the acupuncture group were significantly better than those of the Siran group at each observation time point(P<0.05). The BVP value of the acupuncture group was higher than the Siran group at each observation time point after treatment(P<0.01). On the first day after treatment, the contents of TNF-αand IL-6 in tears of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.01), and the contents of TNF-α and IL-6 in tears of the acupuncture group were lower than those of the Siran group(P<0.05). The total effective rate was 58.8% in the Siran group and 83.7% in the acupuncture group. The acupuncture group was higher than the Siran group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Combined acupuncture treatment can farther promote the secretion of tears, prolong BUT,relieve the symptoms of dry eyes and asthenopia, with a longer-lasting effect.
