南阳市加快建设网络经济强市的对策研究

Countermeasures of Network Economy Powerful City Construction in Nanyang

本文分析了制约南阳市网络经济发展的4个因素,即大数据管理机制不完善、企业电子商务发展不成熟、信息公共服务水平较落后、法律法规体系不健全。基于南阳市网络经济发展存在的问题,提出对策与建议:发挥政府主导作用,优化网络环境;建立创新型网络新平台,培养与之对应的物联网运营公司,推进主导产业发展;培育龙头企业,扶持中小企业;强化信用建设,完善监管体系,鼓励个人创新创业。

This paper analyzes the factors restricting the development of network economy in Nanyang City,namely,imperfect big data management mechanism,immature development of enterprise e-commerce,imperfect information public service and imperfect legal and regulatory system.Based on the problems of network economy in Nanyang City,it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions,including playing the leading role of the government to optimize the network environment,establishing new innovative network platforms and cultivating corresponding internet of things operating companies to develop the leading industries,cultivating leading enterprises and supporting small and medium-sized enterprises,strengthening credit construction,improving regulatory system and encouraging individuals to innovate and start businesses.
