摘要
人脐带间充质干细胞(HUCMSCs)是一种可持续自我更新的全能干细胞,具有很强的迁徙和移植能力,且伦理争议较少,因此备受推广和应用。在脊髓损伤的治疗中,使用HUCMSCs是一种治疗脊髓损伤的新型生物疗法,与手术、药物、康复等常规方法比较,其显示出更好的治疗潜能。然而,目前HUCMSCs应用于脊髓损伤的治疗机制、最佳移植途径和时机仍然存在争议。因此,本文就HUCMSCs在脊髓损伤治疗中的最新研究进展,系统地总结了HUCMSCs的特性及其在脊髓损伤中潜在的神经修复机制和应用,为今后开展HUCMSCs移植的临床转化研究提供依据。
Human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells(HUCMSCs) is a kind of totipotent stem cells with continuous self-renewal,which have strong ability to delay and transplant and less ethical controversy.Therefore,HUCMSCs have been widely promoted and applied.In the treatment of spinal cord injury,the use of HUCMSCs is a new biological therapy for spinal cord injury,which shows better therapeutic potential compared with conventional methods such as surgery,drugs,and rehabilitation.However,the therapeutic mechanism,optimal transplantation approach,and timing of HUCMSCs in spinal cord injury are still controversial.Therefore,based on the latest research progress of HUCMSCs in the treatment of spinal cord injury,this paper systematically summarizes the characteristics of HUCMSCs and the potential neural repair mechanism and application of HUCMSCs in spinal cord injury,providing a basis for the clinical transformation research of HUCMSCs transplantation in the future.
