摘要
目的探究甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗儿童重症支原体肺炎的效果及对炎症因子的影响。方法选取2018年10月至2020年9月河北省保定市儿童医院的100例重症支原体肺炎患儿为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组(常规对症治疗)和观察组(甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠联合常规对症治疗),每组50例。比较两组临床总有效率,症状体征(发热、咳嗽及肺部啰音)改善时间,治疗前及治疗3、5 d后的血清促炎因子[白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、IL-6及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]与抗炎因子[IL-4及γ干扰素(IFN-γ)]水平。结果观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组症状体征改善时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗3、5 d后,观察组IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α、IL-4、IFN-γ水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠联合常规对症治疗对于儿童重症支原体肺炎的效果较好,且可有效控制患儿的炎症因子表达水平,应用价值相对较高。
Objective To investigate the effect of Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate in the treatment of children with severe mycoplasma pneumonia and its effect on inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 100 children with severe mycoplasma pneumonia in Baoding Children’s Hospital of Heibei Province from October 2018 to September 2020 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into control group(conventional symptomatic treatment)and observation group(Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate combined with conventional symptomatic treatment),with 50 cases in each group according to the random number table method.The clinical total effective rate,improvement time of symptoms and signs(fever,cough and pulmonary ronal sound),the levels of serum proinflammatory factors(interleukin-1β [IL-1β],IL-6,and tumor necrosis factor-α [TNF-α]) and anti-inflammatory factors(IL-4 and γ interferon [IFN-γ])before treatment,three and five days after treatment were compared between two groups.Results The clinical total effective rate of observation group were higher than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).The improvement time of symptoms and signs between two groups were statistically significant(P <0.05).After three and five days of treatment,the levels of IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-α,IL-4,and IFN-γ in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate combined with conventional symptomatic treatment has a good curative effect on children with severe mycoplasma pneumonia,and can effectively control the expression level of inflammatory factors in children,so the application value is relatively high.
