气血津液病变与毒邪的关系探讨

Discussion on the relationship between qi,blood and fluid lesions and toxin and evil

气血津液作为构成人体生命活动的物质基础,发挥着养脏腑,滋经络之功,若气机畅达、精血充盈、津液不乏、水道通调,则正气旺而抗邪,机体康健可保;若邪气日久成毒,毒之猛烈乖戾,戕害机体,致气血津液失调,出现匮乏致虚,滞瘀成实的病理变化,则百病乃生,机体危矣。现今气血津液理论与毒邪理论,都在单方面得到不断地充实与发展,然二者关系尚未有详尽探讨,故此笔者从气血津液病变与毒邪关系方面加以探讨,以期更好的指导临床治疗。

Qi,blood and fluid,as the material basis of human life activities,play the role of nourishing zang-fu viscera and nourishing meridians.If qi movement is smooth,essence and blood is full,fluid is not lack,channel is adjusted,vital qi is prosperous and anti-evil,body health can be guaranteed.If the evil qi becomes poisonous for a long time,the toxin will be so violent and will destroy the body,cause the disorder of qi,blood and fluid,and the pathological changes caused by deficiency and stagnation and stasis become real,then all diseases are born and the body is in danger.At present,the theory of qi,blood and fluid and the theory of toxin and evil have been continuously enriched and developed unilaterally,but the relationship between the two has not been discussed in detail.Therefore,the author discusses the relationship between qi,blood and fluid lesions and toxin and evil in order to better guide clinical treatment.
