高校一站式办事服务大厅设计初探

Research on the Design of One-Stop Service Hall in Universities

近年来高校信息化建设逐渐从数字化校园走向智慧校园。文章针对信息门户在办事流程上存在的缺陷,同时为了满足高校智慧校园整体建设需求,设计了基于数字化校园的一站式办事服务大厅,实现部门、校级办公协同和学院事务的"一站式"服务受理。

In recent years,the informatization construction of colleges and universities has gradually moved from digital campus to smart campus.Regarding the shortcomings of the information portal in the service process,this paper designs a one-stop service hall based on digital campus in order to meet the overall construction needs of university smart campus,so as to realize the"one-stop"service acceptance of department,school-level office collaboration and college affairs.
