摘要 基于IPTV视频业务的质量保障经验,针对IPTV视频业务质量的监测模型、监测参数、综合指标算法等进行分析,并在实际工作论证的基础上对IPTV用户视频质量评定方法进行了参数定义和说明,为用户侧客观判断服务质量提供技术依据。 Abstra:Based on the IPTV video quality assurance experience,in view of the IPTV video quality monitoring model,monitoring parameters,such as comprehensive index algorithms analyzed,and based on actual work demonstrate the IPTV user video quality assessment method for the parameter definitionand explanation,objective judgment quality of service for the user side to provide technical basis.
