基于文献计量学的我国2型糖尿病护理研究现状及热点分析

Analysis of Current Status and Hot Spots in Nursing Research of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in China Based on Bibliometrics

目的对我国2型糖尿病护理研究论文进行文献计量分析,为相关决策和应用研究提供参考依据。方法计算机检索中国知网全文数据库中我国2型糖尿病护理研究的相关论文,采用文献计量学方法,从发文量、发文作者、关键词、研究机构、来源期刊、基金资助、被引频次等方面进行分析,并使用VOSviewer软件进行可视化展示。结果共纳入文献4925篇,最高发文量出现在2019年,发文最多的作者是新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院的王惠丽,发文量最多期刊是《糖尿病新世界》;该领域研究热点集中在2型糖尿病视网膜病变护理、2型糖尿病足护理、延续性护理、询证护理和健康教育等;该领域研究共有国家级科研基金资助22项;被引量前10位的文献总被引达到1818次。结论我国2型糖尿病护理相关研究在积极开展,研究水平逐步提高,但高质量核心期刊较少,且国家级科研项目数量不多;建议政府应加大资金投入,建立高层次的研究团队,发挥核心医疗机构的示范作用,不断提升研究水平和临床护理能力。

Objective To carry out a bibliometric analysis on the nursing research papers of type 2 diabetes mellitus in China,and to provide reference for relevant decision-making and application research.Methods The papers related to nursing research on type 2 diabetes mellitus in China were retrieved from CNKI full-text database by computer.The bibliometric method was used to analyze the number of papers,authors,keywords,research institutions,source journals,fund support and citation frequency,and VOSviewer software was used for visual display.Results A total of 4925 articles were included.The highest number of articles appeared in 2019.The author with the most articles was Wang Hui-li from the People's Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.The journal with the most articles was New World of Diabetes.The research hotspots in this field were focused on type 2 diabetic retinopathy nursing,type 2 diabetic foot nursing,continuous nursing,inquiry nursing and health education.There were 22 studies funded by national scientific research funds in this field;the top 10 cited papers were cited a total of 1818 times.Conclusion The research on type 2 diabetes nursing in China is actively carried out,and the research level is gradually improved,but there are few high-quality core journals and few national research projects.It is suggested that the government should increase capital investment,establish high-level research teams,play the exemplary role of core medical institutions,and continuously improve the research level and clinical nursing ability.
