经皮椎体后凸成形术对老年胸腰椎骨折患者椎体功能恢复及并发症的影响

Effect of Percutaneous Kyphoplasty on Vertebral Function Recovery and Complications in Elderly Patients with Thoracolumbar Fractures

目的研究经皮椎体后凸成形术对老年胸腰椎骨折患者椎体功能恢复及并发症的影响。方法选取2019年1月-2021年1月我院诊治的66例老年胸腰椎骨折患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各33例。对照组采用椎体成形术治疗,观察组采用经皮椎体后凸成形术。比较两组伤椎Cobb角、椎体高度压缩率、椎体功能评分、疼痛评分以及并发症发生情况。结果观察组Cobb角、椎体高度压缩率均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组椎体功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组疼痛评分与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组并发症发生率为6.06%,低于对照组的15.15%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗老年胸腰椎骨折效果确切,可减小伤椎Cobb角,降低椎体高度压缩率,促进椎体功能恢复,降低并发症发生几率。

Objective To study the effect of percutaneous kyphoplasty on vertebral function recovery and complications in elderly patients with thoracolumbar fractures.Methods A total of 66 elderly patients with thoracolumbar fractures diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with vertebroplasty,and the observation group was treated with percutaneous kyphoplasty.The Cobb angle,vertebral height compression rate,vertebral function score,pain score and complications of the two groups were compared.Results Cobb angle and vertebral height compression rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The vertebral function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in pain score between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.06%,which was lower than 15.15%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous kyphoplasty is effective in the treatment of elderly thoracolumbar fractures,which can reduce the Cobb angle of injured vertebrae and the compression rate of vertebral height,promote the recovery of vertebral function,and reduce the incidence of complications.
