艾迪注射液联合化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效

Therapeutic Effect of Aidi Injection Combined with Chemotherapy on Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的分析艾迪注射液联合化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法选取2018年6月-2020年12月我院收治的105例中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为观察组(n=55)和对照组(n=50)。对照组仅采用化疗治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合艾迪注射液治疗,比较两组临床疗效、临床症状评分、生活质量评分及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组客观有效率、稳定率均高于对照组(47.27%vs 28.00%)、(83.64%vs 66.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干咳、痰中带血、胸闷、乏力、气短、口干、发热评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组食欲、睡眠、日常活动、精神状态、情绪、人际交往、生活兴趣评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组皮疹、恶心、脱发、便秘、肝功能损害发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论艾迪注射液联合化疗治疗中晚期肺癌具有良好的临床疗效,能有效改善患者各项临床症状,提高患者生活质量,且无严重毒副作用。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Aidi injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods A total of 105 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group(n=55)and control group(n=50)by random number table method.The control group was only treated with chemotherapy,and the observation group was treated with Aidi injection on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom score,quality of life score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The objective effective rate and stability rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(47.27%vs 28.00%)and(83.64%vs 66.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of dry cough,blood in sputum,chest tightness,fatigue,shortness of breath,dry mouth and fever in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of appetite,sleep,daily activities,mental state,emotion,interpersonal communication and life interest in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of rash,nausea,alopecia,constipation and liver function damage between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Aidi injection combined with chemotherapy has a good clinical effect in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer,which can effectively improve various clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients without serious side effects.
