自体网状皮移植联合生物敷料覆盖治疗混合度烧伤的临床疗效分析

Analysis of the clinical efficacy of autologous reticular skin transplantation combined with biological dressings for mixed degree burns

目的 分析自体网状皮移植联合生物敷料覆盖治疗混合度烧伤的临床疗效。方法 98例混合度烧伤患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方式的不同分成实验组和对照组,每组49例。对照组患者采用自体网状皮移植术治疗,实验组患者采用自体网状皮移植联合生物敷料覆盖治疗。对比两组临床疗效、植皮/混合烧伤创面面积比例、创面愈合时间、术后换药次数、治疗前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、日常生活能力评定量表(ADL)评分。结果 实验组治疗总有效率为95.92%高于对照组的83.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的植皮/混合烧伤创面面积比例、创面愈合时间、术后换药次数均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者ADL评分为(79.89±3.82)分,高于对照组的(74.10±3.22)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对发生混合度烧伤的患者采用自体网状皮移植联合生物敷料覆盖治疗,患者的临床效果更加显著,伤口愈合快,使患者的心理状态得到有效改善。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of autologous reticular skin transplantation combined with biological dressings for mixed degree burns.Methods A total of 98 patients with mixed degree burns as study subjects were divided into experimental group and control group,with 49 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with autologous reticular skin transplantation,and patients in the experimental group were treated with autologous reticular skin transplantation and biological dressings.Both groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,ratio of skin grafting/mixed burn wound area,wound healing time,number of postoperative dressing changes,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score and self-rating depression scale(SDS)score before and after treatment,and activities of daily living(ADL)score.Results The total effective rate of treatment 95.92%in the experimental group was higher than 83.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ratio of skin grafting/mixed burn wound area,wound healing time,and the number of postoperative dressing changes in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,SAS score and SDS score in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ADL score of the experimental group was(79.89±3.82)points,which was higher than(74.10±3.22)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of autologous reticular skin transplantation and biological dressing has better clinical effect on patients with mixed degree burns,and the patients’wounds heal quickly,thus effectively improving their psychological state.
