改良森田疗法在精神分裂症患者康复中的应用效果分析

Effect analysis of modified Morita therapy in the rehabilitation of schizophrenia patients

目的 分析改良森田疗法在精神分裂症患者康复中的应用效果。方法 120例精神分裂症患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组患者给予常规治疗和临床护理干预,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予改良森田疗法治疗。比较两组患者的治疗依从性及治疗前后简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)评分。结果 观察组患者治疗总依从率为96.67%,高于对照组的78.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者BPRS评分为(42.11±4.32)分,低于对照组的(44.03±4.91)分,差异具有统计学意义(t=2.274,P=0.025<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者婚姻职能、对外界的兴趣和关心、家庭外的社会活动评分分别为(0.31±0.45)、(0.29±0.21)、(0.75±0.27)分,低于对照组的(0.59±0.49)、(1.00±0.54)、(0.97±0.30)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者个人生活自理、社会性退缩评分低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 精神分裂症患者行改良森田疗法可提高治疗依从性,改善其各项临床症状,提升患者生存质量,效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the practical effect of modified Morita therapy in the rehabilitation of schizophrenia patients.Methods A total of 120 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 60 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received conventional treatment and clinical nursing intervention,and patients in the observation group received modified Morita therapy on the basis of the control group.Both groups were compared in terms of treatment compliance,brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS)and social disability screening schedule(SDSS)score before and after treatment.Results The total compliance rate in the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 78.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,BPRS score of the observation group was(42.11±4.32)points,which was lower than(44.03±4.91)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.274,P=0.025<0.05).After treatment,the scores of marital function,interest and concern for the outside world,and social activities outside the family of the observation group were(0.31±0.45),(0.29±0.21),(0.75±0.27)points,which were lower than(0.59±0.49),(1.00±0.54),(0.97±0.30)points of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Patients in the observation group had lower personal self-care and social withdrawal scores than those of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Modified Morita therapy has significant effect on schizophrenia patients,and it can improve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
