摘要
目的 分析大便常规检验在季节性腹泻检验中的应用效果。方法 168例季节性腹泻患者,根据发病季节的不同分为春季组、夏季组、秋季组、冬季组,每组42例。对所有患者均进行大便常规检验,计算大便常规检验对患者的细菌检出率,并分析四组患者的大便检验结果。结果 168例患者,检出160例,检出率为95.24%;其中,春季组检出37例、夏季组检出42例、秋季组检出40例、冬季组检出41例。春季组患者各菌种检出率由高至低依次为:致泻性志贺菌(40.54%)>大肠埃希菌(35.14%)>沙门菌(13.51%)>副溶血弧菌(10.82%);夏季组患者各菌种检出率由高至低依次为:沙门菌(33.33%)>副溶血弧菌(26.19%)>致泻性志贺菌(21.43%)>大肠埃希菌(19.05%);秋季组患者各菌种检出率由高至低依次为:沙门菌(37.50%)>副溶血弧菌(32.50%)>大肠埃希菌(20.00%)>致泻性志贺菌(10.00%);冬季组患者各菌种检出率由高至低依次为:大肠埃希菌(39.02%)>致泻性志贺菌(29.27%)>副溶血弧菌(21.95%)>沙门菌(9.76%)。结论 季节性腹泻检验中,大便常规检验的细菌检出率高,可了解患者的致病菌,为患者进一步诊疗工作的开展提供客观、科学的凭据。
Objective To analyze the practical effect of routine stool test in the detection of seasonal diarrhea.Methods A total of 168 patients with seasonal diarrhea were divided into spring group,summer group,autumn group,and winter group according to the different seasons,with 42 cases in each group.Routine stool tests were performed on all patients,and the bacterial detection rate of patients by routine stool tests was calculated,and the results of stool tests in the four groups were analyzed.Results Among 168 patients,160 cases were detected,with a detection rate of 95.24%;among them,37 cases were detected in the spring group,42 cases were detected in the summer group,40 cases were detected in the autumn group,and 41 cases were detected in the winter group.In the spring group,the detection rate of each strain was,in descending order,Shigella diarrhea(40.54%)>Escherichia coli(35.14%)>Salmonella(13.51%)>Vibrio parahaemolyticus(10.82%);in the summer group,the detection rate of each strain was,in descending order,Salmonella(33.33%)>Vibrio parahaemolyticus(26.19%)>Shigella diarrhea(21.43%)>Escherichia coli(19.05%);in the autumn group,the detection rate of each strain was,in descending order,Salmonella(37.50%)>Vibrio parahaemolyticus(32.50%)>Escherichia coli(20.00%)>Shigella diarrhea(10.00%);in the winter group,the detection rate of each strain was,in descending order,Escherichia coli(39.02%)>Shigella diarrhea(29.27%)>Vibrio parahaemolyticus(21.95%)>Salmonella(9.76%).Conclusion The high bacterial detection rate of routine stool tests for seasonal diarrhea can provide objective and scientific evidence for the further treatment of patients by understanding their pathogenic bacteria.
