高血压病合并颈椎病机制初探以及针刺干预理论分析

高血压病和颈椎病都是具有较高发生率的疾病,但二者之间的关系尚不清楚,目前一般认为是由于颈椎病的交感神经病变或慢性颈痛引起血压升高,针刺对颈椎病患者有着良好的治疗效果,同时也可以降低血压,文章拟从高血压病合并颈椎病的联系机制及针刺治疗理论等进行阐述,为针刺治疗高血压病合并颈椎病提供临床依据及理论基础。

Hypertension and cervical spondylosis are both diseases with a higher incidence,but the relationship between the two is unclear.It is generally believed to be due to sympathetic neuropathy of cervical spondylosis or chronic neck pain cause increased blood pressure.Acupuncture has a good therapeutic effect on cervical spondylosis,with lower blood pressure in the meantime.This article intends to explain the connection mechanism of hypertension with cervical spondylosis and the theory of acupuncture,to provide clinical and theoretical basis for acupuncture treatment of hypertension with cervical spondylosis.
