二黄饮联合二甲双胍治疗气阴两虚兼血瘀型2型糖尿病的疗效分析

Efficacy of Erhuang Yin plus metformin on type 2 diabetes with deficiency of both Qi and Yin and blood stasis

目的:分析二黄饮联合二甲双胍治疗气阴两虚兼血瘀型2型糖尿病的疗效。方法:选择阳江市中医医院自2018年1月-2019年11月收治的110例气阴两虚兼血瘀型2型糖尿病患者,将其随机分为两组,每组55例。对照组给予二甲双胍治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合二黄饮治疗,对两组治疗效果进行比较。结果:治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平下降更为显著(P <0.05);治疗后,两组中医证候积分均显著下降,观察组比对照组下降更为显著(P <0.05);观察组患者临床有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组不良反应率对比差异不显著(P> 0.05)。结论:气阴两虚兼血瘀型2型糖尿病给予二黄饮联合二甲双胍治疗可有效改善症状,降低血糖水平,疗效显著。

Objective:To analyzed the efficacy of Erhuang Yin(二黄饮) plus metformin on type 2 diabetes with deficiency of both Qi(气) and Yin(阴) and blood stasis.Methods:110 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin,and the observation group was treated with metformin plus Erhuang Yin.Results:After treatment,compared with the control group,the blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels in the observation group were decreased more significantly(P<0.05),after treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were decreased significantly,and the observation group compared with the control group,the decrease was more obvious(P<0.05),the clinical efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between the two groups in adverse reaction rate(P>0.05).Conclusion:Erhuang Yin plus metformin on type 2 diabetes with deficiency of both Qi and Yin and blood stasis can effectively improve symptoms and reduce blood sugar levels with significant curative effects.
