刘国安教授认为老年糖尿病中医病机以虚为主,主要在于气阴亏虚,兼以湿热、血瘀等实邪。治以扶正祛邪为原则,治疗中补虚为主,兼清热利湿、活血化瘀,且临床中活血药贯穿始终,善于运用对药,并注重调理脾肾,使得临床疗效显著。本文从老年糖尿病病因病机、病位及治疗进行论述,详述刘师经验。
