张晓刚教授辨证治疗腰椎间盘突出症的经验总结

Professor Zhang Xiaogang’s experience in syndrome differentiation and treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc

腰椎间盘突出症是以椎间盘退行性改变、反复积累性劳损,引起纤维环破裂、髓核突出,刺激或压迫脊神经根,导致以腰腿痛和下肢神经功能障碍为主症的临床综合征。近年来,脊柱外科迅猛发展,基于治疗腰椎间盘突出症微创技术众多,但临床85%的腰椎间盘突出症患者仍选择非手术治疗,非手术疗法仍然是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的主要治疗手段。为寻求简便、安全的个体化治疗方案,以期达到最佳的疗效,甘肃中医药大学附属医院张晓刚教授根据多年临床经验,辨证分期分型治疗腰椎间盘突出症,取得满意临床疗效的同时易被患者接受、大大降低了医疗费用。笔者跟随导师学习,受益匪浅,将经验总结如下。

Lumbar intervertebral disc herniation(LDH) is a clinical synthesis of degenerative disc herniation,repetitive cumulative strain,causing fibrous ring rupture,nucleus pulposus protrusion,and stimulation or compression of spinal nerve roots,resulting in low back pain and lower limb nerve dysfunction sign.In recent years,spine surgery has developed rapidly,based on minimally invasive techniques for the treatment of LDH.But 85% of clinical patients with LDH still choose non-surgical treatment.Non-surgical therapy is still the main treatment for LDH.In order to seek a simple and safe personalized treatment plan with the aim of achieving the best efficacy,Professor Zhang Xiaogang of the Affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,based on years of clinical experience,differentiated syndromes in different stages for the treatment of LDH.It is easy to be accepted by patients while achieving satisfactory clinical efficacy,redacing medical expenses.The author learns from the tutor and benefits greatly,and summarizes his experience as follows.
