五苓散合补阳还五汤对白内障术后黄斑水肿的治疗作用研究

Efficacy of Wuling San plus the Buyang Huanwu decoction on macular edema after cataract surgery

目的:评定白内障手术后黄斑水肿采用五苓散合补阳还五汤的治疗效果。方法:选择2018年1月-2019年1月于湖南中医药高等专科学校附属第一医院白内障术后黄斑水肿患者76例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组38例。对照组行普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗,观察组行五苓散合补阳还五汤治疗。对比两组白内障手术后黄斑水肿患者的治疗有效率、并发症发生率与视网膜厚度。结果:观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组眼部烧灼刺痛感、分泌物增多、眼睑肿胀、发红等并发症发生率小于对照组(P <0.05);观察组黄斑中间凹处视网膜厚度优于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的改善率高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:白内障手术后黄斑水肿采用五苓散合补阳还五汤治疗效果确切,可以更好的提升治疗效果,值得在临床治疗中进行推广使用。

Objective:To evaluate efficacy of Wuling San(五苓散) and the Buyang Huanwu decoction(补阳还五汤) on macular edema after cataract surgery.Methods:76 cases were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pranoprofen eye drops,and the observation group was treated with Wuling San and the Buyang Huanwu decoction.Results:The efficiency in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the incidence of complications such as eye burning,stinging sensation,increased secretion,eyelid swelling,and redness in the observation group was lower(P<0.05),the thickness of the retina in the middle fovea in the observation group was better(P<0.05).The improvement rate in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:After cataract surgery,the treatment of macular edema with Wuling San and the Buyang Huanwu decoction shows a definite effect,which can better improve the treatment effect and is worthy of promotion.
