子午流注择时外治法在肝硬化腹水临床治疗中对相关指标的改善作用

Efficacy of the Ziwu Liuzhu methods of external therapy on the related indexes in patients with liver cirrhosis ascites

目的:分析子午流注择时外治法在肝硬化腹水临床治疗中对相关指标的改善作用。方法:本研究挑选100例肝硬化腹水患者,依照治疗方法进行分组,其中50例行常规西医治疗的患者列为对照组,另外50例行子午流注择时外治法治疗的患者列为研究组。分析两组患者治疗后肝功能改善情况,统计腹围、白蛋白和尿量改善情况,观察治疗效果。结果:在胆红素、谷草转氨酶与谷丙转氨酶上,研究组明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。在腹围、白蛋白与尿量上,研究组明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。在腹水改善有效率上,研究组明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:肝硬化腹水采用子午流注择时外治法的效果较好,能有效改善腹水症状,促进肝功能的提升,该治疗方案值得在临床上进一步推广和应用。

Objective:To analyze the improvement effect of the Ziwu Liuzhu methods(子午流注法) of external therapy on the related indexes in patients with ascites due to liver cirrhosis.Methods:A total of 100 subjects in this study were grouped according to the treatment method.Among them,50 patients who underwent conventional Western medicine treatment were listed as the control group,and the other 50 patients who were treated with the Ziwu Liuzhu methods of external therapy were included in the study group.The liver function improvement in the two groups after treatment was compared and analyzed,and the improvement of abdominal circumference,albumin and urine output was counted,and the treatment effect was observed.Results:The level of TBIL,AST,and ALT in the study group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The level of abdominal circumference,albumin,and urine volume in the study group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).In terms of ascites improvement in the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Ziwu Liuzhu methods of external therapy on liver cirrhosis ascites is effective,which can effectively improve the symptoms of ascites and promote the improvement of liver function of patients.This treatment plan is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
