吕景山对穴对中风后遗症患者肢体功能的影响

Efficacy of Lü Jingshan acupoints on the limb function of patients with stroke sequelae

目的:探讨在中风后遗症治疗中,采用吕景山对穴对患者肢体功能的影响。方法:选取甘肃省庄浪县中医医院接诊的中风后遗症患者76例,将其随机分为对照组与观察组,每组38例,分别实施常规针刺与吕景山对穴治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后中医症状积分、简式Fugl-Meyer运动功能水平、肌张力变化以及临床效果。结果:治疗后,两组中医症状积分、简式FuglMeyer运动功能评分、临床治疗总有效率的差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组肱二头肌、臀中肌、股四头肌杨氏模量值测试结果均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:在中风后遗症治疗中,采用吕景山对穴方案可更好地帮助患者改善临床症状、肢体功能,提升肌张力,值得推广。

Objective:To explore efficacy of Lü Jingshan acupoints on the limb function of patients with stroke sequelae.Methods:76 cases were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,38 cases in each group,and they were treated by conventional acupuncture and the Lü Jingshan acupoints therapy respectively.Results:After treatment,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups in the TCM symptom score,the simplified Fugl-Meyer motor function score,and the total efficiency(P<0.05).The Young’s modulus value of biceps,gluteus medius and quadriceps in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lü Jingshan acupoints on the limb function of patients with stroke sequelae can ameliorate clinical symptoms,improve limb function,and increase muscle tension,which is worthy of promotion.
